Ruth Knowles - Head of Marketing & Investor Relations
Ruth Knowles is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators and is company secretary for Fine Art Management Services Ltd. She was educated at Durham University where she earned a degree in European Studies with a focus on German and Spanish. She has been working with Philip Hoffman since the inception of Fine Art Management Services Ltd. and was instrumental in developing and structuring The Fine Art Fund. She has worked alongside Philip Hoffman for over nine years. She oversees marketing and investor relations
Morgan Long - Head of Art Investment
Morgan Long was educated at Bowdoin College and received a M.A. in Art History from the Courtauld Institute of Art. After time in New York with the company Fine Art Lease, she worked for Artnet, as a Satellite Executive in Switzerland and the UK. Following that, she worked as the art consultant for Hanson Capital, and became an Associate Director of The Fine Art Fund in 2002. She acts as art liaison for the team of buyers and advisors, conducting art due diligence and market tracking for the Manager.
Federica Bonacasa - Head of Art Advisory, Switzerland & Italy
Federica Bonacasa was educated in Art History at Kingston University in London. She worked at Sotheby’s London for four years where she spent the last eight months in the European Sculpture and Works of Art Department. Currently she acts for FAIR as client liaison between Switzerland and Italy and as an in-house representative at BSI.
Maneli Keykavoussi - Head of Middle Eastern Markets
Maneli Keykavoussi has an M.A. (DEA) in International Relations with a focus on Public International Law and International Political Economy of Art from Hautes Études Internationales in Geneva. She was later educated at Harvard Law School where she earned a Master of Laws. She also has an M.A. in Intellectual Property Rights. She is a member of the New York State Bar and she has practiced law in New York and Dubai and currently handles The Fine Art Fund operations in the Middle East.
Rhea Papanicolaou - Art Advisory Associate, Head of Press
Rhea Papanicolaou has a BA in History from BrownUniversity in the United States and received a MSc in European Public Policy from UCL in London. Her previous art world experience includes internships at Christie’s London, Thomas Dane Gallery in London and the Museum of Cycladic Art in Athens. She joined the management team in 2007 upon the completion of her studies, and currently acts as an Art Advisory Associate for the Group conducting art market tracking as client liaison for FAIR between Greece, Turkey and London. She also acts in a Business Development and Marketing capacity and handles the Group’s operations in Greece.
Charlotte Cooper - Investor Relations and Head of Operations
Charlotte Cooper gained BA Honours in French and Classical studies at the University of Exeter. Her previous experience includes working for the Marketing team at IRCAM (the Institute of Contemporary Music Research, Paris) and working for Insurex-Exposure (Part of the Hiscox group) as Administrator to the Underwriting Team. She joined the management team in March 2008 and now, based in London, works to develop new business projects, as well as overseeing the logistics and operations of the funds.
Robert Dick - Marketing and Finance Associate
Robert Dick has an honours degree in Biology from the University of Bristol, where he was an active member of the Officer Training Corps. His spirit of adventure resulted in his taking a belated gap year to drive, independently, the Cape to Cairo route from the southern tip of Africa up the east coast. Safely returned to the UK he joined The Fine Art Fund's London Office in April 2009 where he is currently concentrating on the financial and marketing aspects of the business.
Harriette Peel - Art Investment Associate
Harriette Peel has a BA in Modern History from OxfordUniversity, where she wrote her thesis on the political and cultural intrigues of Charles II’s French mistress Louise de Keroualle. Prior to joining The Fine Art Fund she spent three months in the Old Master Paintings department at Sotheby’s in London, and has previously worked in the Private Wealth Management department at Kleinwort Benson, and in equity research at Keefe Bruyette Woods in London. She joined the Group in March 2010 as part of the art services team.
